Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More images made public as part of the current congressional process.
